Catering Terms & Minimums
1. Minimum Charge
A catering minimum applies to all events:
**$1,350** for events held Monday–Thursday
**$1,650** for events held Friday–Sunday
Each catering package includes a **three-hour service window** (setup and breakdown time not included). Additional service time is available for an added fee.

Compostable serving boxes and utensils

2. Deposit & Booking
A **50% deposit** is required to secure your event date.

Of the deposit, **50% is refundable up to ten (10) days prior to the event**

The remaining **50% of the deposit is non-refundable**

Beginning **9 days prior to the event, the deposit becomes fully non-refundable**
Dates are not reserved without payment.
3. Service Charge
A **15% service charge** applies to the catering total. This fee covers travel time, gas, mileage, setup, and breakdown.
4. Extra Crew
A **three-person crew** is included in the basic catering package.
For events exceeding **100 guests**, additional crew members may be required and will be provided at an additional cost per crew member.
5. Setup & Breakdown
We typically arrive **60–90 minutes prior** to the service start time for setup and depart **60–90 minutes after** the service window ends, depending on venue logistics.
6. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due **5 days prior** to the event.
